What should I do if I receive damaged items?

If you received a defective or damaged product from the FEDERAL PRISONER Shop please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. We are not able to replace any items. We are currently unable to support international returns. We strongly suggest you purchase Convoy Order Protection with your order. This will protect your order if your order has been stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.
